Appointment cancellation fees

Please note that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require adequate advance notice. Please visit your Clinic’s web page to confirm details.

If you do not give us adequate notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary by treatment and by Clinic.

If patients fail to attend multiple appointments, they may be dismissed for non-compliance.

How long will my appointment take?

Because we are an educational institution, treatment will take longer than in private practice. Student learners provide all treatment to patients and are closely supervised by licensed instructors, who supervise every step of the process. Each appointment may take up to 3 hours in length.

How long will my entire treatment take?

Depending on the complexity of your case, your treatment might consist of multiple appointments. You are expected to attend multiple appointments, based on when your student is scheduled in clinic. In order for treatment to progress in a timely manner, patients should be prepared to attend appointments weekly, for a number of weeks.

Wait Times for Appointments:

Please note that every Clinic has different approximate wait-times for appointments. Please visit your clinic’s web page for specific details.
