Welcome to the Children’s Clinic, at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto.
The Children’s Clinic offers comprehensive care for children from 1-18 years, including cleaning, restorative, filling, crowns, etc.
- Children from 10-18 years of age are seen by general dentistry students, supervised by licensed dentists specializing in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Children from 1-10 years of age are seen by graduate dentistry Residents, supervised by licensed dentists specializing in Pediatric Dentistry.
How to book an appointment
If you are a new patient, please visit the general patient information overview page.
We accept patients from all over the Greater Toronto Area.
You can call us directly to make an appointment at (416) 864-8280.
In case of emergency
Due to limited availability, we cannot accommodate emergency appointments.
If your child is experiencing an emergency, please go to SickKids Dentistry, or a dental emergency clinic close to you.
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment
Please note that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 2 business days’ notice. Please call reception at (416) 864-8280.
If you do not give us adequate notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $60.
Cost
Please note that there is a cost associated with your treatment. In general, our fees are generally less than private practice.
We accept debit and credit cards as methods of payment.
Coverage
Private insurance: Please note that the Faculty does not accept direct payment from private insurance companies. Patients are required to pay for treatment rendered and will be provided documentation that can be submitted for reimbursement.
