Welcome to the Oral Diagnosis Clinic, at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto.
We perform oral diagnosis examinations for new patients at the Faculty of Dentistry. During your appointment, we will discuss your medical history, perform oral examination and identify your needs.
How to book an appointment:
*Please note that there is a two to three week wait time to book an appointment.*
If you are a new patient to the Faculty of Dentistry dental clinics, please review our general patient information overview. Also, please review the general dentistry page for additional information.
After you register as a new patient with patient reception at the Faculty of Dentistry, our receptionist will call you to book an appointment at the Oral Diagnosis Clinic for an examination.
Cost:
Please note that there is a cost associated with your treatment. Our receptionist will discuss the cost of your treatment with you when booking your appointment.
We accept debit and credit cards as methods of payment.
Coverage:
Private insurance: Please note that the Faculty does not accept direct payment from private insurance companies. Patients are required to pay for treatment rendered and will be provided documentation that can be submitted for reimbursement.

Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment:
Please note that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require 2 business days’ notice. Please call us at 416-864-8320. If you do not give us adequate notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $56.
